Expanding a task group does nothing once the browser's localStorage is full. The open groups are kept with `useLocalStorage` from usehooks-ts, which only updates its React state after `setItem` succeeds. When `setItem` throws `QuotaExceededError`, the hook logs a warning and the toggle is lost. `GroupsProvider` now also keeps the selection in component state for the current Dag. Groups toggle even when the write fails, and the selection is still saved to localStorage when there is room.
