Fixes #76273. `AdbcHook.get_records()` now accepts an optional keyword-only `autocommit` setting. When omitted, it preserves the ADBC driver's configured/detected mode rather than forcing a transaction; transactional connections still commit through the common hook behavior. Explicit `autocommit=False` continues to call the driver setter and propagates unsupported-operation errors. Adds regression tests for default autocommit mode, transactional default commit behavior, and explicit rejection by autocommit-only drivers. Validation: Ruff lint, Ruff formatting, Python syntax compilation, and `git diff --check` pass. The focused pytest suite could not be run locally because Airflow test support (`tests_common`) and runtime dependencies such as PyArrow are not installed; CI should run the full provider tests. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
