Reverts #76314. **Reason for revert:** _<add why — e.g. caused X regression / superseded by Y / needs a different approach>_ #76314 changed the Java coordinator to build the JVM classpath relative to the bundle root so a bundle path containing the OS path separator (for example a timestamp version directory) would not break `-classpath` splitting.
