Trigger logs from active deferred tasks can disappear from the UI after a triggerer restart because the previous triggerer's log segment was never uploaded to remote storage. Drain the subprocess log sockets after stopping the runner, then upload and close the remaining trigger log factories. Reuse the normal finished-trigger upload path so a failed upload still closes its file and does not prevent other segments from being uploaded.
