Quick update on this: In `main`, `virtualenv` has been updated to `21.15.1` in `uv.lock` via #76278 as part of the periodic CI environment dependency upgrades. Additionally, Airflow does not place any upper constraint restricting `virtualenv`, so user environments are free to resolve and install `virtualenv>=21.14.12` directly. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
