### Description Add an operator to the existing Microsoft Azure provider for executing Azure Container Apps Jobs. The operator should support synchronous and deferrable execution, Azure authentication (including workload identity), execution monitoring, timeouts, and cancellation. ### Use case/motivation Azure Container Apps Jobs provide a serverless way to run containerized workloads without managing Kubernetes clusters. Currently, Airflow has no native operator for orchestrating these jobs. Users must implement custom operators or call the Azure API directly. Native support would allow Airflow to trigger and monitor containerized workloads while keeping execution outside Airflow workers.
