Checked this on main with Postgres 14 and psycopg 3.3.6. The CTAS example works for me, but CREATE VIEW, SET and multi-statement scripts with parameters fail via PostgresHook.run(). All of them work with psycopg.ClientCursor. Maybe a client_side_binding option on PostgresHook (hook_params + connection extra, off by default) that sets cursor_factory=ClientCursor?
