The WasbHook is currently broken as-is, because a legacy azure-storage package
is used.
The setup.py for azure uses the legacy package azure-storage, as mentioned on
GitHub issue

and also as documented on the pip package azure-storage-common
[https://pypi.org/project/azure-storage-common/]
Solution could be replacing the azure-storage package with azure-storage-common.
