Description:
Add following operators to the Marketing Platform
*
Upload Multiple Entity Read Files to specified big query dataset.
*
Make a request to SDF API and upload the data to BQ.
*
Downloads line items by either filters or list of ids
*
Upload line items
*
Download report file, this is the same as the CM report file downloader but
doesn't require profile id.
