Which would mean `cncf.kubernets` becomes `cncf`, `amazon.aws` becomes
`amazon`, ...
Should the name we remove from the packages be added to the name of the
hook/operator/sensor ? `aws_athena`, `aws_batch`, `aws_cloud_formation`, ... ?
