This is using the Kube Executor.
Worker configuration in
[https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/14315fcd9c917e3e0e3a2b4773b34edc1cc8022d/airflow/kubernetes/worker_configuration.py#L395]
doesn't seem to open 8739 for fetching the logs from the UI when the worker is
running. I have remote logging enabled so I can see the logs once the task
finishes but before that it fails to fetch the local file in the worker since
the port is not open.
