Description:
We need to develop a scheme that contains at least the following elements:
* endpoints
* scheme
* response bodies
Subsequent PR may extend the Open API schema of subsequent elements, e.g.
HATEOAS, but HATEOAS must be defined after the endpoints, so it seems logical
to split this task.
