We are also seeing these issues after upgrading from 1.10.3 to 1.10.6.
At first glance it appears to be happening when the default_pool reaches the
max (128) used slots. Increasing the slots of default_pool seems to have
decreased but not removed these errors.
[~adam.angeli] - Are you able to confirm that 1.10.7 fixes it?
Is this perhaps fixed by https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRFLOW-6175 ?
