   After upgrading from 1.10.2 to 1.10.9, we noticed that the Operator logs are 
no longer printed.

   This worked fine with Airflow <=1.10.6 and was most likely caused by our 
change to using os.fork (https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/6627).
