@Siddharthk , for `3`, I added the below config to the `airflow.cfg`
`kubernetes` section of the configmap
```
run_as_user = {{ .Values.uid }}
fs_group = {{ .Values.gid }}
```
so that it runs as the correct airflow user, instead of root
