This PR adds another option to update DAGs for the official helm chart for Airflow. It uses [git-sync](https://github.com/kubernetes/git-sync) to update DAGs. **Related ISSUE**: [issue #9528](https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/9528) Currently, if you use the official [Airflow Helm Chart](https://github.com/apache/airflow/tree/master/chart) the only way to update DAGs is to build a new Airflow image. Building a new Airflow Image and deploying every time when there is a change in DAG seems like overkill. So I propose updating DAGs by using [git-sync](https://github.com/kubernetes/git-sync) >git-sync is a simple command that pulls a git repository into a local directory. It is a perfect "sidecar" container in Kubernetes - it can periodically pull files down from a repository so that an application can consume them. --- Make sure to mark the boxes below before creating PR: [x] - [x] Description above provides context of the change - [x] Unit tests coverage for changes (not needed for documentation changes) - [x] Target Github ISSUE in description if exists - [x] Commits follow "[How to write a good git commit message](http://chris.beams.io/posts/git-commit/)" - [x] Relevant documentation is updated including usage instructions. - [x] I will engage committers as explained in [Contribution Workflow Example](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.rst#contribution-workflow-example). --- In case of fundamental code change, Airflow Improvement Proposal ([AIP](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/AIRFLOW/Airflow+Improvements+Proposals)) is needed.
