@brandonwillard @mik-laj @kaxil I'm against this unless there is a really
good reason to do so. I think we should deprecate many of these one-off configs
and instead just push all users to use `pod_template_file` for any
customizations. This would allow users to have the full flexibility of the k8s
API and would allow us to delete a lot of code.
