Update: We have discussed yesterday at Airflow 2.0 dev call a "general" solution to this problem. I am going to implement a proof of concept for 2.0 of solving that for all operators (as we decided that we move forward with splitting airflow into separate packages) and I am going to backport it to 1.10.13 as well.
