It would be nice to be able to clear the status (including past/future,
upstream/downstream) of a task from the task instance page, similar to the way
you can when you click on a task in the tree view.
The use case is that we had an outage on one of our systems, so several hundred
tasks failed. We wanted to clear all of their statuses, including their
downstream tasks. We had no way to do this without doing one at a time.
