[AIRFLOW-871] change logging.warn() into warning()

This silences deprecation warnings, e.g.

airflow/airflow/utils/dag_processing.py:578:
DeprecationWarning: The
'warn' method is deprecated, use 'warning' instead

Closes #2082 from imbaczek/bug871
