I have a simple test SubDAG (attached as test_subdag.py) to demonstrate the
issue. When viewing the DAG in the web UI in either Graph view or Tree view, I
see all available DAG runs. When I click on the subdag operator and "Zoom into
Sub DAG" it doesn't show these DAG runs. (It used to prior to 1.8.)
