I started a airflow webserver a week ago and I was able to do normal operations
like scheduling and viewing the job. I paused the dag I was running. for
development. After a few days, I tried to connect to webserver, it appears
down. I looked at my Linux machine, the Webserver process is still running. But
it was not listening on the port I started. This is the second time happened.
