Manually triggered dagruns via the UI (the first button in "Links" on the main
airflow page) have issues, e.g. you can't mark-success tasks in that dagrun
(when you try an empty list of tasks show up), and in the webserver they appear
without a border. This could be because the dagrun execution date is not
aligned with the DAG.
