Hello,
I am using airflow for the first time. I am trying to run different steps of a
gromacs simulation as different dependent tasks. I am using a script launch
each of the steps. I would like to specify the output directory for the tasks.
I tried looking it up in the airflow documentation. Unfortunately I feel lost
and did not find a suitable solution. Also, I am getting a false success status
for a dependent task. I am guessing this is because airflow could successfully
run the script but the actual simulation command ended with error. Is there
anyway of changing the success criteria and after checking certain output?
