Task Instance Details:
Task's trigger rule 'all_success' requires all upstream tasks to have

54L, * 'failed': 0L *, 'upstream_failed': 0L, 'skipped': 0L, 'done': 54L}
Dagrun Running:
Task instance's dagrun was not in the 'running' state but in the state
'failed'.
