[~criccomini] I'm not sure if this was what you were asking: but I changed the
pageLength setting in airflow/www/templates/airflow/dags.html (line number 211)
for the UI to display all of our dags on the first page by default. After that,
I am able to use the Show Entries drop down to control pagination. Its not a
fix, but its a start..
