Summary: One task in QUEUE state and no task run

I tried airflow in our project.
We have a 30 seconds interval trigger dag, We found the trigger task in QUEUE
status and no more trigger task run.
we read the log found the trigger dag task has an mysql lock exception and
fail. the task in queue status and no more task run
