Those GCP hooks/operators are named followed by Google Cloud Machine Learning
API in the beta API.
However as in the release, Google Cloud published the API as a bit different
name, Google Cloud ML Engine API.
So we will be renaming the operators/hooks, and also make the input parameters
be more consistent to the APIs.
