How about this, once this PR is merged, I'll reply the email thread on
"ImportError: No module named sendgrid" in the dev mailing list and aske for
the inclusion of **kwargs?
I can definitely see the value of including **kwargs for more flexibility as
individual email backend may want to handle message with its specific way.
