The existing configuration documentation on setting up S3/GCS no longer works:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/blob/master/docs/configuration.rst#logs
But the integration documentation is up to date:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/blob/master/docs/integration.rst
It probably is best to replace the existing configuration docs with the docs
currently in integration (remove them from integration) and generalize them to
work for S3 as well.
