I'm new to Airflow and after going through the Installation documentation,
followed by the Tutorial, I couldn't figure out why my tests were failing
stating "no such table". After a bit of googling, I discovered I had missed the
step to initialize the database. I didn't start with the "Quickstart" as I
jumped first to installation, thereby missing the crucial {{initdb}} step.
