For now, RedshiftToS3Transfer and S3ToRedshiftTransfer requires that
the table on Redshift and the file on S3 must have the same name.
[As discussed on another
issue|https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/pull/3161#discussion_r179654982],
this limitation should be loosen so that users can specify those names
indivisually.
