{{apache-airflow[mysql]}} is just telling pip/setuptools that we depend upon
{{mysqlclient>=1.3.6}} -
(https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/blob/master/setup.py#L173 and
https://github.com/apache/incubator-airflow/blob/master/setup.py#L297). You
should see the same behaviour and error from running {{pip install
'mysqlclient>=1.3.6'}}.
