[~kaxilnaik] how about google_cloud_platform to be consistent with other public
repos we have? We should probably also publish a GCP service Airflow
integration development guide.
[~ashb] I assume these changes are for airflow-2.0.0 so it's fine to break
backwards compatibility (in the worst case).
