Please take another look. The main purpose of this PR is to make sure we introduce `.airflowignore` feature in the documentation. Previously it was not mentioned at all in the documentation. What I did is to add it as a Note in `doc/concepts` together with introductions to `DAGs` and `DAG_FOLDER`. Please let me know if you feel this is not the proper location to include introduction to `.airflowignore` feature. Cheers
