The list of DAG runs for a given tag can be reached by clicking on one of the
circles in the DAG runs page, which will bring up a filtered list of DAG run.
The Dag id column on this page is a link to the dag "detail" pages but to the
most recent run -- the link should be updated to link to the right dated dag
run.
