I downloaded
[https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/airflow/1.10.0-incubating/apache-airflow-1.10.0+incubating-source.tar.gz]
for the latest release and untarred with tar -xvf
apache-airflow-1.10.0+incubating-source.tar.gz and everything was extracted
under the directory I was in as expected. Is this issue fixed in 1.10 then?
