### Description
- This PR adds a new operator, AdlsToGoogleCloudStorageOperator, which
copies files from Azure Data Lake to Google Cloud storage, and can optionally
"sync" between the two, copying only files that don't exist in the destination.
It functions much like the existing S3 to GCS and GCS to S3 operators.
