Thanks for reporting this bug. It seems #2989 introduced this bug. Before this PR was merged, opening table details did not depend on table runtime. However, it now requires a dependency on it. For external catalogs, the synchronization of table runtime may take some time, and before that, a NULL object may be obtained.
