Close #3504.
We bump up the iceberg version from 1.4.3 to 1.6.1 in version 0.8.0, and
still support some engine versions for 1.4.3.
This PR fix some issues for the old version engines.

- Remove `org.apache.httpcomponents` jar dependency from `amoro-common`
module.
- Change Iceberg version to 1.4.3 from Flink 1.15/1.16 and Spark 3.2 runtime
jars.
