I investigated this issue. The original `localOptimize.sh` script that relied on the CLASSPATH environment variable no longer exists. The current architecture uses `LocalExecutionEngine` and `optimizer.sh` builds the classpath from `$AMORO_HOME/lib` instead of depending on the environment CLASSPATH.
