One minor note for the record (non-blocking): the ForbiddenException → 403 mapping is currently unreachable from the REST catalog routes — URL_WHITE_LIST in DashboardServer includes ICEBERG_REST_API_PREFIX + "/*", so preHandleRequest returns early there, and the only other throw site (DefaultOptimizingService) is on the Thrift path. It's harmless defensive mapping and semantically correct per the spec, so fine to keep as-is. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
