### Search before asking - [x] I have searched in the issues and found no similar issues. ### What would you like to be improved? LICENSE-binary misclassifies one dependency and is missing several others. `org.glassfish.jersey.containers:jersey-*` is listed under Apache License 2.0 but is actually EPL 2.0 (per its own embedded META-INF/LICENSE.md), and about a dozen other bundled dependencies (other Jersey modules, several CDDL-licensed javax.* jars, Apache Parquet/Kerby/ORC/DataSketches, and a few others) aren't listed at all. ### How should we improve? Update LICENSE-binary to fix the misclassification and add the missing entries.
