I investigated the Spark 4.1 compatibility surface.

A full Spark 4.1 profile looks significantly broader because it would also
affect mixed-format Spark integration, Paimon, AMS embedded Spark usage, Scala
2.13/JDK 17 requirements, and the version-specific Spark modules.

However I think there is a smaller first step that could address the Iceberg
optimizer use case in this issue:

   - Add Spark 4.1 support specifically for `amoro-optimizer-spark`
   - Target Spark 4.1 / Scala 2.13 / JDK 17
   - Keep the existing Spark 3.5 optimizer build unchanged
   - Limit support initially to native Iceberg optimization
   - Add a Spark 4.1 runtime smoke/integration test
   - Avoid enabling Spark 4.1 globally for mixed-format/Paimon modules

I have already checked that the Spark-facing optimizer classes compile
against Spark 4.1, but runtime compatibility still needs to be verified.

If so, I'm happy to work on it on the pr.
