Closing as not a bug. The managed-first / unmanaged-Hive-last order was intentional in #2362, where unmanaged Hive entries were kept lower priority because AMS displays them for upgrades. #4410 is withdrawn; changing that ordering would need a separately agreed behavior change. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
