   ## Describe the bug
   When selecting a short id in the link form and carrying the title parameter 
in the management background, the logic in the SEO template is currently 
faulty, causing the urlTitle parameter to be incorrectly spliced.
   
   ### To Reproduce
   1. admin backend select URL

   2. Go to the homepage, right-click to view the source code and find that the 
urlTitle parameter is missing in the link.

   3. This problem only occurs in the case of short ids.
   
   ### Expected behavior
   should show urlTitle
   eg:
