ARIA-321 Clearwater example

This commit also fixes related bugs:

* Allows capabilities, interfaces, and properties to override parent
definition types only if the new type is a descendant of the overriden
type
* Fix bugs in model instrumentation (to allow ctx access to
capabilities)
* Doc fixes related to ARIA-277
