   Maybe so, or maybe these pages could have a tabbed view such that you click 
on "Python" and just see the Python guide. I'm open to suggestion. My goal is 
to enable someone unfamiliar with the project to be able to go to the Arrow 
website and quickly see how to download and start using Arrow. 
   
   The bigger challenges are (1) the general lack of getting-started user 
guides in the project and (2) the ones we do have are scattered across each 
language's docs and readmes.
