@jorisvandenbossche, as with the previous `14.0.x` versions I've created a
second commit to fix the version warning banner. The second commit contains the
change after running:
`find ./ -type f -exec sed -i
"s/DOCUMENTATION_OPTIONS.show_version_warning_banner =
true/DOCUMENTATION_OPTIONS.show_version_warning_banner = false/g" {} \;`
from `arrow-site/docs/`
