    Comparing `ArrowFormat::DurationType` instances with the same unit should 
return `true`.
    
    ### What changes are included in this PR?
    
    Add `ArrowFormat::DurationType#==`.
    
    ### Are these changes tested?
    
    Yes.
    
    Added tests for:
    
    * equal duration types
    * different duration types
    
    ### Are there any user-facing changes?
    
    Yes.
